- Organic unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, early harvested, first cold pressed and

- Organic refined Coconut Oil made without pesticides, GMO's or hexane and

- 100% cold-pressed, hexane-free Castor Oil;

Our Tallow Shampoo Bar is an herbal preparation made from farm fresh, dried leaves of burdock (Arctium), flowers of calendula (Calendula Officinalis), the leaves of comfrey (Symphytum Officinale), the rosemary plant (Rosemarinus Officinalis), the nettle plant (Urdica Dioica), and horsetail (Equisetum Arvense), grown on our property and in our personal garden, infused in extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil and castor oil, for at least six weeks. Carefully composed to encourage overall hair and scalp health and wellness.

·     The beef suet is packed with essential nutrients, including vitamins A, D, E, and K, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, naturally promoting soft, smooth and healthy scalp and hair.

·     Burdock contains essential fatty acids, phytosterols, and vitamins that nourish hair follicles, strengthen hair strands and encourage healthy hair growth.

·     Calendula and comfrey support the body’s natural ability to ease inflammation and calm irritated skin on the scalp.

·     Calendula specifically promotes the regeneration of skin tissues, and encourages wound healing.

·     Rosemary supports the body’s natural circulatory health function and encourages hair growth and thickness.

·     Nettles and Horsetail are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that strengthen hair, reduce dandruff, and promote overall scalp health.

·     Extra virgin olive oil is a natural emollient and supports the body’s natural ability to ease inflammation, soothe irritated skin, and protect against environmental stressors.

·     Coconut oil provides that deep nourishment, moisturization and hydration for your scalp and hair.

·     Coconut oil also supports the body’s natural ability to ease inflammation, soothe irritated scalp and skin, promotes the regeneration of skin tissues and encourages wound healing.

·     Castor oil is a rich emollient, promoting deep moisturization and supports the body’s natural circulatory health, liver function and detoxification process.

Suggested Use:

Gently massage in a small circular motion into wet hair to form a rich cleansing lather. Work the lather into your scalp and rinse thoroughly.

To prolong the life of your shampoo, keep it dry between uses by using a well drained soap dish. Our Tallow Shampoo Bars have a lifespan of about 40 to 65 washes depending on the length, density and volume of the hair and the proper conservation of the shampoo bar. It is suitable for all types of hair.
