Suggested Use:

Shake well. Adults and Children 12+: Take 1–2 teaspoons as needed for cough or throat irritation, up to 3–4 times per day. Children 1–11 Years Old: Use ½–1 teaspoon as needed, up to 3 times per day. Can be consumed on its own or mixed with warm (not boiling) water or herbal tea.
