YARROW TINCTURE

Our Yarrow is an herbal preparation made from the fresh aerial parts (leaves, flowers, and stems) of the flowering yarrow plant (Achillea Millefolium), grown on our property, infused in vodka for at least eight weeks. It has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine and is powerful both for internal and external use.

·     Internally supports the body’s natural immune system functions during times of fever, coughs, respiratory irritations and infections, sore throats colds and flus.

·     Supports the body’s natural ability to ease inflammation and to handle mild pain or discomfort, especially during menstruation.

·     Supports the body’s natural digestive functions.

·     Supports the body’s urinary tract health.

·     Externally supports skin health during times of skin inflammation, infection, eruption and irritation and bleeding.

·     Supports the body’s natural ability to heal wounds.

Suggested Use:

Shake well. In herbal medicine, it can be rubbed on externally or internally, 0.5-1 ml can be taken in a little amount of water as needed for its hemostatic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Cautions & Warnings: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, or related plants. Yarrow may affect blood pressure levels and has blood thinning properties. Stop using yarrow at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.

Sediment is natural. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and electronics.

This tincture will be good for five years after purchase date.
